Adolescence is a time of incredibly physical, social and emotional growth, and peer relationships. Pair that with the complexity of technology and you potentially have a mess on your hands!
Understanding the role social and digital media play is critical, given how deeply enmeshed these technology tools are in lives of American youth and how rapidly these platforms and devices change.
USM would like to invite you to a 3 hour workshop to dig into how you parent in a world filled with technology. Technology is a moving target, and we want to give you the tools, as a parent, to help your child navigate these challenges.
The content will be aimed at 4th-12th grade students, but any parent who has a kid/student with an interest in technology is more than welcome to join us!
If you cannot physically make it to the event, we’re offering a video of all the sessions and all the resources we will pass out physically as well.
So whether you plan to attend in person, or can’t make it but would still like the content, please click below to register!*
*Note: We’re charging $10/couple for the meal on Saturday, and $10 for the video content because it will take a bit of work to get it up and packaged in an engaging way.
IF BOTH PARENTS PLAN TO ATTEND, PLEASE REGISTER BOTH OF THEM, AND USE THE PROMO CODE “COUPLE” TO ENSURE YOU’RE ONLY CHARGE THE $10/COUPLE RATE!
