I Have Questions About My Upcoming Visit

What can I expect at University Baptist Church?

University Baptist Church is located at the corner of Kemp Rd and Hanes Rd in Beavercreek. Our campus has an outstanding worship center and full children’s and student ministry for birth through high school.

Need directions? View the map to our campus. Our address is 2223 Hanes Rd. Beavercreek, OH 45432.
We look forward to seeing you this Sunday!

In total, a University Baptist Church service is about 60 minutes in length. Services begin with University Baptist Church worship team leading the church in music – song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship. During the music portion of our services, we spend a few minutes in corporate prayer. We typically pray for a local church or ministry, a ministry in our church, and a global ministry every service. After the music and prayer portions of the service are complete, one of our pastors will come out and share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus Christ. All of our services are identical so you won’t be missing anything by going to one of our three services. Our services are at 8:30am, 9:45am, and 11:00am on Sunday mornings.
Our services are on Sundays at 8:30am, 9:45am, and 11:00am.
Come as you are. We are a casual church. You will find a range of dress styles from jeans and t-shirts, shorts and flip-flops, to an occasional sport jacket and dress. So feel free to come dressed however you prefer and you will fit right in.
We have designated parking for guests. Be on the lookout for some A-frame signs around our church property.
If you own a Bible, you will want to bring it. Our pastors teach straight from Scripture. They will often refer to it and even encourage you to mark your copy.

If you don’t have one, don’t worry! Just ask one of our hosts or ushers (wearing red lanyards), and they will get you one you may keep!

Our pastors teach from what is known as the English Standard Version (ESV). If you have another version, you are welcome to use it.

If you don’t have a Bible but would prefer to follow along on your phone or tablet, you can download the YouVersion Bible App.

Yes! We have free coffee and tea available in our welcome center. You can make yourself a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate and head into the service! We just kindly ask that you put a lid on your cup.
We have a children’s program available during all services. Upon entry into the Welcome Center, head to the left (follow the sign or ask someone wearing a red lanyard).

We believe in creating a fun, secure environment for each child at University Baptist Church.  This begins with our child check-in desk. One of our volunteers will help check your children in and give you a badge you will use to securely check your child out of our secure children’s environment at the conclusion of the service. If you prefer, you are more than welcome to take your children into the worship service with you.

All of our volunteers and teachers go through extensive training and complete background checks before serving at University Baptist Church. You may meet your child’s teacher upon dropping them off in their age appropriate room.

If you get lost or have any questions, ask one of our many volunteers wearing a red lanyard.  These volunteers are there for you!

Once you arrive at our campus, find our main entrance (look for  “Welcome Center” signs). Once inside, one of our greeters can help answer any of your questions.  Feel free to visit the Welcome Desk, where you can get any and all of your questions answered. Any volunteer wearing a red lanyard is available for any questions and will help you get where you need to go.
In addition to handicap parking, we also have reserved seating in our worship center for anyone who may need it.

If you have a child with special needs, contact our church office at (937)426-3966, so we can make any necessary accommodations for your child.
